A. Ray Dalton
Founder, Executive Chairman and Managing Partner
served as President, CEO and Founder of nine healthcare and technology solution enterprises. He is currently the Founder and CEO of the Dalton Foundation and reLink Medical.
His philanthropic and investment efforts are focused on: Improving the quality of life for women and children, improving access to healthcare to the underserved and creating jobs for the under employed, veterans and those returning from incarceration.
Ray specializes in creating and developing profitable businesses from innovation to exit. Delivering high quality products and exceptional customer service while growing profitable positive cash flowing businesses. He is national speaker on social entrepreneurship and growing your business while creating a sustainable culture. He has published a very successful book; Proceed with Confidence which focuses on the “5” C’s of Success.

Chief Operating Officer
As President and COO, Jeff Dalton leads NewVista’s finance, marketing, operations and sales teams. Jeff brings an extensive background in executive and operational experience with a proven track record of building customer centric solutions in the medical device industry. Prior to joining NewVista, Jeff served as co-founder of PartsSource, playing key roles to grow it to the largest medical parts supplier, and only complete digital catalog, in the industry. Jeff graduated from Fork Union Military Academy.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, and is an avid fisherman.
Director of Marketing
Katy is a passionate and energetic marketing professional, with a few tricks up her sleeve. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, she earned her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2016, as well as a BS, Health Services Administration from Malone University in 2013 and an AAB, Sales and Marketing Management from Stark State College in 2009. She is also a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist in the state of Ohio where she owns and operates a salon loft named Color Riot. Katy obtained her cosmetology license in 2010 from The Ohio Academy- Paul Mitchell Partner School in Cleveland, Ohio.
Katy’s professional marketing career began in 2011 when she accepted her first job at Knotice, a digital marketing agency in Akron, Ohio. It was there she learned how to drive lead generation and grew her passion for all things digital. Katy’s had the opportunity to work in many marketing niches including recruiting, B2B, B2C and e-commerce. She has experience in multiple verticals including higher education, non-profit, food service/restaurant, consumer products, environmental and healthcare. Katy’s expertise includes marketing strategy, campaign management, social media, content creation, inbound marketing and process implementation. Past colleagues have dubbed her as the, “Swiss Army Knife” of marketing, due to her “jack of all trades,” abilities.
When she isn’t working hard to implement marketing strategies, you can find her behind the chair at her salon loft, helping guests gain confidence in their appearance. Katy also works as a freelance marketing consultant where she helps local northeast Ohio small business owners create strategies to target the right consumers. Seasonally, Katy works at Canal Park, home of the Akron Rubber Ducks minor league baseball team, where she enjoys creating an affordable, family-friendly atmosphere for all attendees.
In her free time, Katy loves spending time with her friends and family, being “Aunt Katy” to her best friends’ little ones, listening to music from an array of genres, trying out new restaurants and cuisines, playing volleyball, traveling, reading articles about psychology, culture, true crime, religion and politics and cuddling up with her senior English Bulldog, Oliver, to watch Netflix.
Amanda graduated from Kent State University with a degree in English. Following graduation, Amanda first became a licensed claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance, then explored sales as a personal banker for Huntington National Bank. In early 2015 Amanda moved into an administrative role for a plastics thermoforming company, then joined newVista Group in November 2016 as their office manager. In her free time Amanda enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and writing.
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Jessica leads both the strategic planning and tactical execution of her department. She brings valuable experience in both Finance and Human Resources to our leadership team; including over 5 years of operations and accounting management, as well as 7 years of cash management, risk management, and overall financial management best practices. Jessica holds degrees from Lakeland and Kent State University.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
VP of Business Development and Integration
Scott leads growth initiatives into new channels and serves as an integral part of the company’s leadership team. Scott brings extensive experience in business management, operations, technology and product innovation. Prior to joining our team, Scott was lead over the for profit business operations at Mission of Hope and has more than 20 years’ experience managing products, service lines, strategic accounts and partnerships working at companies like 3M, MomentumSI (acquired by VMware) and SAP.
Scott holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
