A. Ray Dalton

Founder, Executive Chairman and Managing Partner

Ray Dalton has an exceptional track record in entrepreneurship, having served as President, CEO and Founder of nine healthcare and technology solution enterprises. Throughout his serial entrepreneurial career, Ray has succesfully created and exited all nine companies and has raised professional venture capital from twelve separate firms. Additionally, Ray has completed divestitures to Greathill Partners, TRW, Steris/Amsco and Tenet in addition to the divestiture of National MD and OneSource Services to General Electric. He is currently the Founder and CEO of the Dalton Foundation and reLink Medical.

His philanthropic and investment efforts are focused on: Improving the quality of life for women and children, improving access to healthcare to the underserved and creating jobs for the under employed, veterans and those returning from incarceration.

Ray specializes in creating and developing profitable businesses from innovation to exit. Delivering high quality products and exceptional customer service while growing profitable positive cash flowing businesses. He is national speaker on social entrepreneurship and growing your business while creating a sustainable culture. Jay Myers

Director of Marketing

Jay graduated with a degree in marketing and a minor in economics from the University of Mount Union. During his time there, Jay was actively involved in multiple philanthropic efforts. Through his fraternity he participated in GAMMA, Greeks Advocating Mature Management of Alcohol, an organization devoted to helping educate the student body on responsible drinking. As a member of GAMMA, Jay held representative positions for five semesters, even serving as Vice President for a year. He also held a position on the executive board of Up ‘Til Dawn, a letter writing campaign for raising money for St Jude’s Children Hospital, during its first two years at Mount Union.

Jay immediately launched into his marketing career, overseeing local marketing for twenty-six chain restaurants. In 2012 Jay moved into the medical industry, joining PartsSource first as their Internal Marketing Manager and then as Marketing Manager in 2014. In early 2016, Jay left PartsSource and joined reLink Medical, where he is currently leading their marketing and IT initiatives as Director of Marketing. In his free time, Jay enjoys snowboarding, spending time with his family and friends, and hanging out with his dog Sadie.

Amanda Dues

Office Manager

Amanda graduated from Kent State University with a degree in English. Following graduation, Amanda first became a licensed claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance, then explored sales as a personal banker for Huntington National Bank. In early 2015 Amanda moved into an administrative role for a plastics thermoforming company, then joined newVista Group in November 2016 as their office manager. In her free time Amanda enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and writing.
